This describes what frameic.com and the Frameic products collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.
What this site collects
If you send the contact form or subscribe to product updates, we store what you typed: your email address, and where relevant your name, company, phone number and message.
We also store the IP address and browser user-agent the submission arrived with. That is kept only so we can tell a real enquiry from an automated flood, and it is not used to profile you.
If you arrived from a campaign link, the campaign parameters in the URL are stored alongside the message so we know which one worked.
What the products collect
Inside a Frameic workspace, the company that owns the workspace decides what employee data is entered. We process that data on their instructions as their processor — they are the controller of it.
If you are an employee of a company using Frameic, ask that company for their own privacy notice. We will help them answer you, but we cannot change or delete their records on your behalf.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use customer data to train models.
We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. Your language choice is kept in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the language you picked, and it never leaves your device.
Where it is kept
Data is stored in managed MongoDB Atlas databases and on servers we operate. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are useful and reviewed periodically. Subscription addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Workspace data is kept for as long as the workspace exists, and deleted on the owner's instruction.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every product-update email carries an unsubscribe link.

Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page and date it. The date at the top is always the current one.
